Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals according to menus and recipes, using proper utensils and equipment while ensuring nutritional standards are met.

The role reports to a Food Service Director and is performed onsite inside a jail/correctional facility. The ideal candidate will lead by example, adapt quickly, and promote teamwork and safe practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old.
• Preferred prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
