Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in kitchen during food prep and service.
• Prepare and instruct inmate labor and team members according to menus and work instructions.
• Ensure proper storage of food and sanitary handling.
• Serve meals according to schedule and policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain clean facilities.
