Trinity Services Group is recruiting a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff inside a correctional facility, reporting to a Food Service Director. This on-site role requires attention to menus, safety, and quality of service.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 18 years old; prior institutional food service experience is preferred. We offer premium benefits and a $500 new hire bonus, plus DailyPay access to earned wages.

Qualifications

• Preferred institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to procedures.
• Cook food using recipes and serve portions meeting nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand, walk, and lift as part of a long shift.
