Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals, ensure sanitary handling, and maintain equipment while following recipes and work instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during shifts.
• Prepare/assist with menu items following recipes and instructions.
• Ensure proper food storage and sanitation.
• Serve meals according to schedules and policies.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain clean kitchen and equipment.
• Follow facility uniform policy.
• Assist with waste management and cleanliness.
