Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a Food Service Director to lead a large, multi-kitchen operation inside a secure facility. The role directs daily kitchen activities, supervises supervisors and cooks, and manages both operations and finances to ensure a safe, compliant operation.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 5+ years of management in food service, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver's license. Benefits are provided and a career growth path is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• ServSafe certification.
• Knowledge and experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of running a large food service operation with one or more production kitchens.
• Oversees the kitchen's operational and financial responsibilities.
• Supervises an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and/or Cooks who are involved with the preparation, serving and clean‑up of food in a secure correctional facility.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
