Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a large-scale operation in a correctional facility. You will direct production kitchens, oversee operational and financial performance, and manage a team of supervisors and cooks.

The position requires a high school diploma, 5+ years of management in food service, ServSafe certification, and strong sanitation/ safety knowledge. A driver's license is required. TKC benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Knowledge and experience managing and applying kitchen sanitation and safety standards and methods.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and mathematical abilities to complete necessary reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate activities of running a large food service operation with one or more production kitchens.
• Oversee the kitchen's operational and financial responsibilities.
• Supervise an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and/or Cooks.
• Perform other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
