Job summary

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to lead a single-site food operation inside a correctional facility. You will manage the kitchen, staff, and finances, reporting to the District Manager and ensuring compliance with health codes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of management in food service, ServSafe certification, and institutional food service experience. Onsite work with growth opportunities and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old.
• Five years of management or supervisory experience in food service.
• ServSafe Certification.
• Experience with kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food quantities prepared and served per plan.
• Hire, orient, train and discipline staff as needed.
• Review payroll bi-weekly.
• Ensure safety training for all staff.
• Maintain inventory and planned menu schedule.
• Ensure proper food storage and handling.
• Maintain sanitary environment per health codes.
• Maintain onsite daily/monthly financial and activity reports.
• Coordinate state inspections of the operation.
• Other duties as required by the site.
