Summit is seeking an experienced cook for our Holdrege, NE location (Phelps County LEC) in the corrections division. You will join a fast-paced kitchen team, preparing high-quality meals and maintaining strict portion control and safety standards.

The role emphasizes scratch cooking, food storage, and adherence to recipes, with a focus on delivering consistent meals in a correctional setting. Prior culinary experience and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
