Summit is seeking an experienced cook for our Sheridan, WY location at the Sheridan County Jail. You will work with a motivated kitchen team in a fast-paced correctional facility environment, preparing meals from scratch and ensuring quality and portion control.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and strong customer service skills, with compensation between $19.00 and $21.00 per hour and weekly pay. Full-time, onsite employment with solid benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year's prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
