Job summary

Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Chippewa Falls, WI kitchen team supporting the correctional division. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preparing meals from scratch and ensuring quality, safety and portion control.

This full-time onsite role pays $18.00–$19.00 per hour and offers benefits; growth opportunities exist within Elior North America’s network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods and standards.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
