Job summary

Summit in Menomonie, WI is seeking an experienced cook to join our Corrections division at Dunn County Jail. This part-time onsite role offers an $18/hour wage and a $500 sign-on bonus after 120 days.

You will work with a motivated kitchen team to prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include quality and portion control, food preparation, creative presentation, proper storage, and adherence to safe handling procedures.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
