Job summary

Summit, located in Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team at our Douglas County Jail site. You will handle food preparation, quality and portion control, and creative presentation while adhering to recipes and safety standards.

Earn a $18 per hour wage with weekly pay and a $500 sign-on bonus after completing training and 120 days. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within Elior North America.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use different kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
