Summit is seeking an experienced cook to join our Merrill, WI kitchen for a high-volume correctional facility operation. You will prepare meals from scratch, ensure quality and portion control, and present dishes with care in a fast-paced environment.

We look for at least one year of cooking experience, knowledge of culinary methods, strong attention to detail, and solid customer service. This full-time onsite role offers competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year's culinary experience in a high-volume scratch cooking environment.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and distinguish food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
