Job summary

Corporate Connections LLC seeks a Site Administrator Technician to support both administrative and technical duties inside a correctional facility. The role requires strong data entry and a mix of customer service and hands-on IT skills with inmate call control systems.

You will handle staff requests, perform regular maintenance, document tickets, and generate weekly reports while coordinating with facility staff to ensure secure communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years’ technical and office experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years IT/telephony installs and troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient with Telephony, Networking, and wireless tech.
• Strong data entry accuracy and writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process staff requests for account suspensions and blocks/unblocks for inmate calls.
• Perform daily system checks to ensure phones are functioning.
• Schedule PMI/Maintenance on inmate phones and ITS equipment monthly.
• Troubleshoot inmate communication systems within 4 hours of request.
• Open and close tickets; track PMI, maintenance and service work.
• Report outages promptly and follow up to close tickets.
• Support facility staff with reports, investigations and updates.
