Job summary

Corporate Connections LLC seeks Site Administrator Technicians in Virginia. On-site at correctional facilities, you will be the primary contact for inmate phone systems, keeping phones operational, recording activities, and addressing issues quickly.

The role combines technical and administrative tasks, requiring 2+ years IT or telephony experience, familiarity with networking, and excellent data entry skills. Travel up to 45 miles is required, with 24/7 repair responsiveness as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of technical and office experience.
• At least 2 years of IT or telephony installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Working knowledge of telephony, networking and wireless technology.
• Strong data entry accuracy and typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Solid written, organizational and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process staff requests for account suspensions, block and unblock requests, inmate Telephone ID requests and voice recognition resets.
• Run daily system checks to ensure every phone is working.
• Perform or schedule monthly preventive maintenance on inmate phones and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix phone system issues within 4 hours of a service request.
• Open, track and close tickets for maintenance and service work, report outages promptly.
• Support facility staff with reports, investigations, data requests and trouble reports.
• Join weekly account calls and prepare weekly/monthly activity and maintenance reports.
• Handle basic telephone repair and maintenance for the facility.
• Escalate issues outside the role's scope to the Account Manager.
• Build strong working relationships with facility staff and customer contacts.
