Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served per recipes and schedules. You will report to the Food Service Director and work on-site inside a jail setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to food-handling regulations, teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to safety. Prior institutional food service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen teams during food prep and service shifts.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare food and portion servings to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
