Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor in a jail/correctional facility and manage daily food service operations.

The role involves preparing and serving a variety of meals following menus and work instructions, while ensuring safety and compliance in a correctional setting. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, and ideally experience in institutional food service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and serve portions meeting nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for employees/inmates.
• Be able to stand, walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
