Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and staff in a correctional facility, ensuring meals are prepared and served according to recipes and menus. This on-site role emphasizes food safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
Preferred: prior institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during food prep and service.
Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
Use utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals to meet nutritional needs.
Train other food service workers.
Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Stand for extended periods and perform lifting/bending as needed.
