Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will supervise staff during prep and meal service, ensuring meals meet recipes and nutrition requirements.

The role reports to a Food Service Director and is an on-site position with shift coverage. The ideal candidate has a passion for food service, understands food handling regulations, and can adapt quickly in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.
• Preferred: institutional food service or restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during prep and service.
• Serve food according to planned meal schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion meals.
