Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during food prep and service.
• Prepare and assist with preparation of quality foods per menus, recipes, and work instructions.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitary handling of all food items.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain clean work areas and equipment.
