Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations in a correctional facility. You will prepare a variety of foods, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.

The ideal candidate excels in teamwork, is dependable, and can multi-task in a dynamic environment. Experience in institutional food service is preferred, with a strong focus on food safety and adherence to menus and recipes.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise inmate labor and team members in kitchen during food prep and service.
• Prepare and assist with preparation of quality foods per menus, recipes, and work instructions.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitary handling of all food items.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and policies.
• Train other food service workers and maintain clean work areas and equipment.
