Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen staff in a correctional facility. The role involves preparing and serving a variety of menu items, following recipes and safety standards, and reporting to the Food Service Director.

This is an on-site position within a jail/correctional environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for food service, understands food handling regulations, and is a team player who adapts quickly to changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years of age required.
• Preferred institutional food service or restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts.
• Serve food during planned meal schedules and according to department procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils/equipment to cook food according to recipes and portion food to meet nutritional needs.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for other employees/inmates.
