Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen teams in an on-site correctional facility. You will prepare and serve meals following menus and recipes, using a variety of utensils and equipment to ensure nutrition and quality.

Ideal candidates have strong food handling knowledge, teamwork skills, and adaptability. The role requires flexibility for weekends and varied shifts, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred experience in institutional food service or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service.
• Serve food according to scheduled meal times and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and portion food.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment for staff and inmates.
• Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
