Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee inmate labor and kitchen operations inside a correctional facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of meals following recipes and menus, and use a range of kitchen equipment.

You will report to a Food Service Director on-site. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and service, understands food handling regulations, and can train others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inmate labor and kitchen team during prep and service shifts.
• Serve meals according to planned schedules and procedures.
• Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook and serve meals per recipes.
• Train other food service workers.
• Promote a safe, healthy work environment.
