Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead reliability and equipment optimization. You will drive predictive and preventive maintenance strategies and collaborate with OEMs to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4–6+ years of related experience; a Master’s degree is preferred. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and education reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Support management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by working with equipment OEM
• Develop digital "Job Cards" to support maintenance inspections and repetitive work orders through the CMMS
• Support Plant Champions with implementation of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
• Assist in the development and execution of lubrication strategies and standards
• Support implementation of the company’s color-coded labeling system of matching lubricant to point of use
• Other projects or duties as assigned
