Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive, preventive, and scheduled maintenance of plant machinery. You will help develop PM strategies with OEMs and implement CMMS-based digital Job Cards.

The role supports lubrication programs, predictive tools, and maintenance color-coding standards. A Bachelor’s degree with 4–6+ years is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance management or manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support predictive, preventive, and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies with OEMs.
• Develop digital Job Cards to support inspections and repeat work orders via CMMS.
• Assist in implementing predictive tools such as vibration and thermography.
• Assist in lubrication strategy development and standards.
• Support color-coded labeling of lubricants at point of use.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the management of predictive, preventive, scheduled corrective and refurbishment of machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime
• Develop and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) strategies by working with equipment Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
• Develop digital “Job Cards” to support maintenance inspections and repetitive work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Support Plant Champions with implementation of predictive maintenance tools such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound
• Assist in the development and execution of lubrication strategies and standards
• Support implementation of the company’s color-coded labeling system of matching lubricant to point of use
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 plus years of related experience
