Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in California seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to monitor the production process, adjust equipment, and lead daily and weekly reviews aligned with the Maintenance Manager.

You will manage daily activities, supervise maintenance teams, apply Lean tools for continuous improvement, and help build an uptime-focused organization with strong operator engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 1 to 2 years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 6-8+ years of specific exp and 3 to 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices.
• Leads daily and weekly review processes to track and reinforce progress versus action plans in alignment with the Maintenance Manager.
• Manages daily activities, including Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities such as team meetings, shift exchanges, daily direction-setting, etc., along with daily labor OPEX budget and review.
• Utilizes Lean tools to drive process improvement strategies in plant manufacturing operations.
• Develop a maintenance-centered organizational structure that prioritizes equipment uptime and gathers operator feedback is a key responsibility of the manufacturing supervisor.

• Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus
