Corporate Recruiters

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL, is in need of a Corporate Recruiter for a three-month contract position. Working onsite daily, the Recruiter will be partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and deliver exceptional candidates who are aligned with our values and ready to make an impact.

The Recruiter will operate within a specialty recruiting model, focused on the client’s core functions (Buy, Build, Sell, Corporate, or Financial Services) with the flexibility to support across other functions when needed. This role demands a performance mindset, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how to blend process, people, and technology to drive results.

Core responsibilities include full-cycle strategic talent delivery, candidates experience and engagement, and operational excellence and tech adoption.

Required skills:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Comfort using modern recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and AI tools
• Data fluency - using metrics to drive action, identify trends, and deliver results
• Construction recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
