The position is a fixed-term contract through year-end with potential extension. Initially in-office five days a week during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office/2 days at home).

High Profile, Inc. Has partnered with our client, a premier, publicly traded diversified energy and petroleum manufacturing organization, to hire a Contract Corporate Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This role supports corporate and commercial business segments, managing full lifecycle recruitment to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent. The contract period is expected to last through the end of the year and could be extended depending on the workload. Schedule will be in‑office 5 days per week through the training period and then transition to hybrid (3 days in‑office/2 days at home).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for professional, technical, operational, and commercial positions across multiple locations.
• Partner directly with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to conduct strategy sessions, define job requirements, advise on sourcing strategies, and develop tailored interview plans.
• Proactively source active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean search, social platforms, employee networks, and specialized industry groups.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate pre‑screens, manage candidate updates, and oversee the selection process to deliver a consistent candidate experience.
• Perform compensation and offer analyses, advise leadership on salary adjustments, and generate formal offer letters in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal and state employment laws, EEO regulations, and OFCCP/Affirmative Action recordkeeping and reporting requirements.
• Maintain regular reporting and recruiting metrics for HR leadership and business executives.
