Job summary

WhiteCap Search in Miami is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven recruiter to support our homebuilding recruitment team and national initiatives across construction and procurement. This role focuses on hiring initiatives nationwide and requires managing a high-volume requisition load while partnering directly with organizational leaders.

The successful candidate will leverage passive sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, extend offers, and negotiate compensation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in passive sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience extending offers and managing compensation negotiations.
• Polished communication skills with leadership teams.
• Workday experience strongly preferred.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft Teams is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working 3 days onsite in Miami.
