Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Spanish Fort, AL to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles and partner with hiring managers across the business. You will source top talent, conduct structured interviews, and guide decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a base salary of $50,000–$60,000 plus a $20,000 annual bonus target and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. This 100% in-office position provides exposure to executive leadership and a clear career path

• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in Avature.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and outcomes.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. • Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through
• College degree preferred, but not required
