Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruiting for corporate roles from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and guide interview and compensation decisions in a fast-paced environment.

This in-office role offers a base salary plus a substantial annual bonus target, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide organization.

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and talent market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health in the ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to process improvements in recruiting.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. What you’ll do:

What you need:

• 2–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
• The ability to work with the latest technologies
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
• Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through
• College degree preferred, but not required
