Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professionals. You’ll partner with hiring managers, understand roles, and craft sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll evaluate candidates through screens and structured interviews, advise on compensation, and guide hiring decisions. This in-office role at our Lexington, KY campus offers a competitive base salary, bonus potential, and growth

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and candidate assessment.

• Track recruiting activity and pipeline health in ATS (Avature)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

What you’ll do

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles

• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes

What you need

• 2-5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
• The ability to work with the latest technologies
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
• Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through
• College degree preferred, but not required
