Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers, craft sourcing strategies, and advance candidates from first contact through onboarding.

You will develop strong pipelines, influence hiring decisions, and collaborate with leaders in a fast-paced environment. In-office role with career growth and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys owning searches end‑to‑end, influencing hiring decisions, and building strong candidate pipelines in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.
