Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Overland Park to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers, design sourcing strategies, and assess candidates through structured interviews to influence hiring decisions.

You will manage the candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, track progress in Avature, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• Comfortable working in an in-office environment.

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions.
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
