Total Quality Logistics in Lexington, KY is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, build candidate pipelines and drive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.

You will evaluate candidates through structured interviews, guide on compensation, and manage the candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding in a 100%

Formación

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner.
• The ability to work with the latest technologies.
• Comfortable working in a 100% in-office, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-through.
• College degree preferred, but not required

• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes

As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
