Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Lexington, KY is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professionals. You will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, build pipelines, and guide decisions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll source via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, evaluate candidates through screens and assessments, and manage the candidate experience from first conversation to offer and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required or preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and market dynamics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Evaluate candidates via phone screens, structured interviews and assessments.
• Guide hiring managers on interview practices and compensation alignment.
• Manage candidate experience from first talk through offer and onboarding.
• Track activity and pipeline health in the ATS (Avature).
• Contribute to process improvements in recruiting.

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruiting for complex, high‑impact roles while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. What you’ll do:

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for corporate professional roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics

• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes

• 0–2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
• The ability to work with the latest technologies
• Comfortable working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
• Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through

College degree preferred, but not required
