Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is seeking a Recruiter to own the candidate search process and work with our on-site hiring manager in Lexington. No experience required; we provide a best-in-class paid training program for recent grads, fast onboarding, and a results-driven, metrics-focused environment.

You will cultivate relationships with candidates and managers, source high volumes of candidates through multiple methods, and guide candidates through the interview to offer.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with candidates and hiring managers to fill positions with top talent.
• Generate high volume candidate flow through diverse sourcing methods.

• Document conversations, progress, offers, and feedback in Avature.
• Process onboarding paperwork with high accuracy.

What you’ll do:

• Cultivate relationships and maintain strong communication with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent
• Generate a high volume of candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
• Conduct phone-screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer, while ensuring candidates’ initial onboarding experience is seamless
• Document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Process paperwork regarding onboarding and dispositioning candidates with a high level of accuracy
