Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a courteous Receptionist to greet visitors, direct inquiries, and ensure a welcoming lobby experience at our client site in San Francisco. The role requires strong customer service, professional demeanor, and teamwork within a corporate environment.

The receptionist will manage visitor check-ins, coordinate with security, and maintain a tidy, efficient reception area while supporting a positive first impression for executives and guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Customer Service environment providing guest hosting and/or concierge/reception services to the highest standard.
• Experience in a Corporate Environment in a concierge/host/reception role.
• Must be customer focused, organized, and professional.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with peers and Executives in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Provide an exceptional Customer Service experience to all colleagues and guests.
• Direct visitors and maintain directories; issue badges and log entries.
• Maintain a clean, secure reception area and manage logbook procedures.
• Support smooth telecommunication and respond to inquiries promptly.
