Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Atlanta is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee integrated facilities management for a 12-story corporate headquarters. You will lead annual plans, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with PMO on capital initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Applicants should have 5+ years in FM, strong leadership in matrixed environments, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS systems.

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments.
• Proven leadership ability in matrixed organizations.
• Strong financial acumen including budget development, management and variance reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute annual facility management plans that align operations with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead facility projects from planning through execution—partnering with the PMO team on capital initiatives and on-site projects.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with client collaboration and regular variance reporting.
• Monitor, track and report site performance against KPIs, including energy and sustainability metrics.
• Direct vendor performance and onsite staff to maintain high service levels and 24/7 readiness.
