RRD seeks a Hospitality Associate for a fast-paced, on-site role in Midtown Manhattan. You will support a busy six-floor corporate office with multiple kitchens, pantries, conference rooms, and frequent catered events, handling setup, break-downs, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year professional hospitality experience.
• Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms with AV, food, beverages and utensils.
• Coordinate and manage food deliveries and catering.
• Maintain inventory of catering supplies and order as needed.
• Answer telephone in Office Services center and support reception.
• Prioritize workflow and assist in process improvements.
