Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturing company located about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and reports to the Corporate EHS Director.

You will oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO) with approximately 1,000 employees, and collaborate with plant EHS Generalists.

• Experience overseeing regulatory compliance at multiple sites in heavy industrial environments.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
