Job summary

KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and environmental programs at three production sites in KY, TN, and MO.

The role supports heavy industrial operations, including welding, blasting and painting, with travel 40–50% to sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive Title V permit experience and a track record in developing environmental management systems while coordinating with plant EHS Generalists.

Job description

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
