Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and environmental systems across three production sites in KY, TN, and MO. The role is an individual contributor position reporting to the Corporate EHS Director and requires close collaboration with plant EHS Generalists.

The ideal candidate has substantial Title V Part 70 permitting experience and can lead continuing development of environmental programs while managing regulatory obligations for about 1000

This is a great opportunity for an environmental professional ready for the next step in their career to a manager level! Location is (30) minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
