Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is assisting a heavy industrial manufacturer in Nashville-area search for an Environmental Manager. The role is based about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN and is an individual contributor position with no direct reports.

You will support three production sites across KY, TN and MO, oversee regulatory compliance, and lead ongoing development of the environmental systems while coordinating with plant EHS Generalists. Travel 40-50% as needed.

• Experience managing major air source Title V Part 70 permits

This is a great opportunity for an environmental professional ready for the next step in their career to a manager level! Location is (30) minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
