Job summary

Ashton North LLC in the Nashville area is seeking an Environmental Manager to advance our environmental program at three production sites across KY, TN, and MO. This individual contributor role requires strong air permitting experience and hands-on regulatory accountability.

You will oversee compliance, drive the development of environmental systems, and partner with plant EHS Generalists and the Corporate EHS Director on strategic initiatives. Travel 40-50% as needed.

Job description

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
