Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturing environment located just north of downtown Nashville, TN. This is an individual-contributor role responsible for the regulatory compliance program across three production sites (KY, TN, MO) and supporting about 1,000 employees.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise with Title V Part 70 operating permits, managing permitting and reporting, and works collaboratively with plant EHS Generalists.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing Title V Part 70 operating permits and reporting.
• Experience supporting heavy industrial manufacturing operations (welding, blasting, painting).
• Willingness to travel 40-50% as needed.
• No direct reports; will report to Corporate EHS Director.
• Collaborate with plant-level EHS Generalists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead development and continuous improvement of environmental systems.
• Coordinate with facility EHS Generalists and corporate EHS team.
• Ensure compliance for a workforce of about 1,000 employees.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
