Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee regulatory compliance for a heavy industrial manufacturing company with welding, blasting and painting operations. The role supports operations across three sites (KY, TN, MO) and travels 40–50% as needed.

The position reports to the Corporate EHS Director and works closely with plant EHS Generalists to advance environmental management and compliance efforts at the facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have Title V Part 70 permitting experience (permitting and reporting).
• Experience supporting environmental regulatory compliance for large manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership of environmental systems development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance across multiple production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead the ongoing development of environmental management systems and programs.
• Collaborate with plant EHS Generalists and report to the Corporate EHS Director.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
