Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking an Environmental Manager for a heavy industrial manufacturer located about 30 minutes north of downtown Nashville, TN. The role supports three production sites across Kentucky, Tennessee and Missouri, overseeing environmental compliance for roughly 1,000 employees.

The position reports to the Corporate EHS Director and works with site EHS Generalists to advance the company-wide environmental programs and systems. Travel 40-50% is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Title V Part 70 operating permit experience.
• Experience regulating compliance across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory compliance at three production sites (KY, TN, MO).
• Lead the ongoing development of environmental systems.
• Collaborate with plant EHS professionals and Corporate EHS Director.

Absolutely must have technical expertise managing major air source Title V part 70 operating permit experience (permitting and reporting).

Scope of role:

Seeking an Environmental Manager (individual contributor position with no direct reports) for a heavy industrial manufacturing company (welding, blasting and painting operations) that will support (1000) employees at (3) production sites (KY, TN and MO). Travel requirements 40-50% when needed. Oversee regulatory compliance throughout the facilities and responsible for leading the continuing development of their environmental systems.

This position will report into the Corporate EHS Director, and each facility has an EHS professional (more safety focused) that will manage their day-to-day environmental compliance needs. This Environmental Manager will work closely with these plant level, EHS Generalists.
