PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to generate and qualify new property management acquisition opportunities through multi-channel outreach. You’ll engage prospects, conduct discovery conversations, and help build a high-quality pipeline in partnership with cross-functional teams.

You will prospect through email, phone, and video meetings, craft personalized communications, and travel regionally/nationally to industry events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in appointment-setting or SDR/BDR roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools.
