Responsibilities

• Advise on emerging global cybersecurity regulations and shape public‑policy strategy.
• Serve as SME on security commitments in enterprise cloud agreements.
• Lead negotiations for technology, IP, and data‑licensing agreements (inbound and outbound).
• Support the global security response team with nuanced legal perspectives.
